by purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. membership
the governor academy is offered as a recurring monthly subscription providing access to a private online community hosted on discord.
each subscription is linked to one discord account and i.d number. access will only be granted to the discord account provided during registration and may not be transferred or shared.
2. automatic renewal
subscriptions renew automatically every month unless cancelled before the next billing date.
you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal until your subscription is cancelled.
3. cancellation
you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account before your next billing date.
once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. after this date, access to the governor academy will automatically end.
there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
4. refund policy
due to the digital nature of our membership, all payments are final.
we do not offer refunds/ partial refunds or exchanges.

payment information (processed securely through shopify payments or paypal)
we do not store your payment card details.

process subscription payments
verify your membership
grant discord access
contact you regarding your account or subscription.
we never sell your personal data.
your information will only be shared where necessary to operate the service or where required by law.
if you wish to access, update or request deletion of your personal information, please contact us.
8. changes to the service
we may update, modify or discontinue features of the governor academy at any time.

we reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time.
the latest version will always be published on our website.
